The California Student Sustainability Coalition (CSSC) Foods Initiative is working to increase sustainable food procurement by Universities and Colleges across the State. We are interested in compiling resources and experiences related to this subject, in order to facilitate communication, share with others interested, and spread healthy, sustainable food systems across the State and Nation.
