Interra and the Puget Sound Community Change program has been selected as one of the five finalists in Patagonia's "Voice Your Choice" program. Visit the downtown Patagonia store location between June 10th and July 19th as many times as you would like and vote for PSCC as your favorite local nonprofit.

The impetus behind the program is "Patagonia's desire to give money directly to its community in a way that would help a local environmental cause. Environmental activism, as you know, is the backbone of the company and giving to local enviro groups working on local issues is one of the missions of the retail stores. While Patagonia has an established Environmental Grants Program, they decided to add a new dimension to it by inviting its customers to cast a vote to the gropu they believe should receive the donation. Patagonia's belief is that activism takes many forms and voting is just the beginning of how one can get involved in local environmental issues.
