He is about to take a year off from teaching in Oregon and travel around the U.S. visiting other schools.  He might be an ideal canidate to raise awareness about www.wiserearth.org with educators...?...

If you could get this Geisen charachter mixed up with the message of Thomas L. Friedman in the streaming Keynote on the above link ... link it by spreading the word amongst educators about www.wiserearth.org --- that might be something that could really work.

I think we should shoot for a 2009 June wiservid competition final to be televised on national t.v. (mtv should cover the competition final for free thus endorsing creative/music-based work/ culture change direction), and to take place in Oakland, CA (thus highlighting the Oakland Green Job Corps) -- 

We could collaborate with Carrotmob to develop a blueprint (their campaign vid already does this), and network here, and through the long list of events/ conferences on this site to spread the word about the upcoming competition.

-hyrbid cars, etc.

-tuition aid from major college/universities for top wiservid campaigns (profound local/ global impact) implemented by groups of High School Juniors... 

-vitamin water; reverse osmosis; use as marketing metaphor
