Help desk tips Title
- Write down your question/problem clearly in as much detail as needed.
- If needed, give the URL/address of the page in question so helpers can act directly upon reading your post.
- If you think you experienced an error/bug, please also write down your browser and operating system along with the version number. This helps the developers to pinpoint and solve the problem.
- Don't forget to check the "Keep me updated by adding to my watchlist". This way, you'll get notified (via email or upon login) when an answer/solution has been provided.
- Writing a simple "Thanks" will notify helpers that the answer/solution provided was the one you were looking for.
When you have time, we suggest reading some of the help documents below to get a better picture of WiserEarth.
