Create a page (it's a wikipage) in the  "Community Suggestions" list on the right

What to write: your suggestion should contain what your problem / issue is, what your specific solution to solve it is, and how you can help implement it.

Don't worry if you don't have a solution - in fact a well articulated problem statement will get the wider community thinking about the solution.

Leave your full name and hyperlinked user name at the bottom of the suggestion. e.g. "by John Doe (johndoe)"

Click "Add to your watchlist" in the Actions box to watch for comments, votes and edits to your suggestion. If a bunch of people comment, think about coming back and  summarizing the discussion under your original wiki post. It will help move us along.

 EXPRESS YOUR SUPPORT FOR AN EXISTING SUGGESTION

Step 1

Add a COMMENT to the page, in the "Comment" box below the suggestion. For example: "Good idea, I like it" or other comments to improve/clarify the suggestion at hand.

Step 2

Add +1 to the TITLE line of the Suggestion (by clicking on "Edit Options" not "Edit this Page").  For example, if a Suggestion was +1 before, it would now be +2 which indicate that it has the support of two other users.

Since we started the Suggestion group on February 2008:

20% of the suggestions were recommended

Recently, we implemented the following suggestions:

- Automatically Adding relationships date

- Allow hyperlinks in group messages date

- Displaying events

- Put a search inside group

- Ability to manage related groups

- Explanation for "send a friend request"
