The Emerging Tar Heel Leaders network educates its participants about current and emerging issues in North Carolina, helps develop relationships with emerging and experienced leaders and provides the tools and skills needed for an engaged citizenship to move North Carolina to new heights.

The mission of ETHL is to enrich the public life of North Carolina by helping early-career individuals acquire knowledge, networks and leadership skills.
