About [Edit]
Tambuyog proposed to research and explore ways to redress gender inequalities with regard to property rights, economic burdens, and participation in decisionmaking and
conservation efforts. More specifically, the project aimed to:
- Launch pilot training projects to promote women’s participation in community decisionmaking processes and to elucidate the linkages between natural resource management and women’s empowerment;
-Build the organization’s institutional capacity to integrate gender perspectives into its organizational activities and enhance the skills of its community officers to conduct gendersensitive, participatory programs.
