Currently, I am the Executive Director of the New Road Map Foundation, an organization which develops and disseminates tools and methodologies to help individuals align their daily economic choices with their highest integrity and life goals.

Throughout the last 20 years, I have successfully helped small businesses, large non-profits, and campaigns navigate transitions and growth.  I have particular experience in the area of fiscal management, but use my insight and experience to discern holistic organizational needs and provide consultation and assistance in creating the conditions for organizational success.
